To obtain a RMA number, you must fill out a RMA REQUEST FORM and fax the request to our RMA Department with following information:
  • Company name
  • Name of contact
  • Model number of the item to be returned
  • Serial number with corresponding invoice number
  • Reason for return (Description of defect)
  • Example: "Video card has no external output" or "LCD has the back-light on but no screen," etc. Incomplete information such as "The unit does not work" is not acceptable.
  • Request received before 4:00p.m. (PST) will be replied by fax with a RMA number on the same business day
  • Fax the request to 562-908-6819
